It's War!!!!

On Day 1, I came across this advertisement in the newspaper.

At one glance, dah boleh teka dah, who's the 'Competitor'. Suku sakat Doremon.



Wah, so daring Tesco ni. I was wondering, wouldn't the 'Competitor' take any legal action for tarnishing it's reputation.


I was wrong....


Day 2, counter attack from the Competitor. No surprise that it's retaliating.


It didn't stop there.....


Day 3 - sambung lagi perang.



This time Giant wasn't alone. It has it's allies....






Interesting, how they label the enemy as "Mis-Leading Hyper".


I'm following this war very closely. Buat masa ni tengah aman balik dekat sempadan. Masing2 tengah fikir next strategy agaknya.


Nevertheless, I'm happy to be the "Guardian of this Cold war between the mis-leading Hyper Giants. "


I support this war!!!!

teringat pulak advertisement kat US (masa zaman belajar dulu)... dia terang2 sebut nama competitor tu.. diorang okay je.. tapi di support dengan facts la.. anyway, orang beli je kedua2 brand tu.. customer bijak memilih kan kak..

wow...mamamia....rajin you membandingkan peperangan antara mereka ini....hehehe...

tapi saya sekeluarga dah lama boikot TESCO... tak tahulah..tapi selalu shopping kat GIANT jek... cold storage tu ada tapi jarang pergi sebab pilihan tak banyak...

i really dont have time to have a shopping day, ikut mana yang sempat. kalau kat office pergi cold storage, kalau kat rumah i have a choice of k4 and jj.. tesco tersangat jauh, giant susah nak parking.

kadang2 kedai mamak pun jadi nak beli barang sikit2 hehehe.

looks like i am not a good shopper who looks for bargain kan hehehe.

Betul tu... sometimes customers ada preference lain why we go to certain outlets, not just becoz of low prices.

Tengah tak banyak kerja, tu yg mengikuti perkembangan perang harga tu... Nak tengok stategy masing2...

I still go to TEsco sebab tu yg paling convenient.

I guess, kebanyakan kita shop at different places for different reasons. I know some are bargain hunters, bila ada iklan brg murah, they'll take the effort to shop.

I'm not one. Nak buat grocery shopping kena tengok timing yg convenient to all members of the family. If we r lucky , tengah ada promotion, dapatlah beli murah & belilah banyak. Kalau tak, we just grab at whatever price.

kat sini, Giant tu tak buka2 dekat setahun dah...kertas iklan pun dah tukar warna...tak kira lah nak gaduh ke 2-2 tu, tapi bukak lah salah satu kat sini...hu..hu..hu..

salam, for the first time, ( I think ) , yesterday went to T*sc* did my shopping, groceries plus cari milk and oreo for my cake lah, went in the morning, nyamannya, nikmatnya, no rushing, no long queue, orang tak ramai sebab waktu dan hari kerja. kalau tidak selalunya weekend or after office baru boleh buat groceries shopping...baru merasa nikmat duduk di rumah.. :)
depa nak perang, perang, asal kita benefit, betui, betui, betu....

Hee hee..this is interesting! I dont get this 'juicy' news kat sini la..

Tesco and Giant both have different target market. The way I read it, Tesco is referring to their own customer la kut - coz they sell in bulk mostly and target market are those retailers, peniaga kecil-kecilan as apposed to Giant.

Nak tergelak tengok the word 'OTHERS' tu ..color and design very obviouslah they are referring kat sapa :-D Cepat melatah kut? hee hee..

Anyway - I'm with the rest, as long as the customers benefit from all these - kita ok jer - duk diam diam, observe the war from tepi gelanggang :-D

I pulak pi mana yg dekat or on the way, usually carrefour or giant. Tesco jauh so tak pi. Cold storage selau utk exotic stuff mcm marshmallow ke, steak
